He has 30 years of experience in construction and construction program management, specializing in construction disputes and claims resolution, critical path method scheduling and delay analysis, cost damages analysis, and litigation support. He has provided his services on over 100 projects and is recognized, and has testified, as an Expert in Courts and in Arbitration forums.

Mr. Marth holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer as well as a Certified Forensic Claims Consultant. He is a member of American Society of Civil Engineers, The Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International, and the American Bar Association - Forum on Construction Law.

Mr. Marth has presented seminars to contractors, subcontractors, attorneys, and other project stakeholders on topics related to claims avoidance, mitigation, and analysis, with a focus on delay and disruption claims. He has also written articles in this regard.
