A payroll professional can find it difficult to process payroll when they have been told by their HR department that they hired a new associate with an H1B visa. In the past we didn’t have to worry about our employee’s nationalization status for purposes of payroll. As more companies are now expanding their recruitment worldwide to find the best talent; it is becoming more and more critical for payroll professionals to understand immigration Visas and how it affects the way we pay employees. Join this session by expert Dayna Reum where she will resolve all these issues.
