In today’s changing world, it is essential that organizations and leaders develop flexible and responsive strategic plans to move them from where they to where they want to be. Nonprofits often do not have the time or resources for consultants or extensive planning. Many never grow because they do not take the time to plan.

This session will provide them a guideline for how to launch their planning process, who they should include, what questions they should ask, how they should develop their goals, and what steps they should take to ensure the plan works for their organization.
